To benefit the Lehighton Recreation Center Youth Program
REQUIREMENTS:All crafters must donate one item to be used in the Chinese Auction.
A website has been created to promote the show and provide low cost advertising for crafters. The web address is www.CraftingPA.com, for information on the Recreation Center Show visit the feature show link on the left hand side of the Home page. Application fees should be payable to Merissa Markley and returned to 2585 Little Gap Road, Palmerton, PA 18071. Flyers advertising this show will be displayed at various high traffic locations. If you would like to help advertise the show, a copy of the show flyer will be available in the beginning of October. CRAFT SHOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•A web site has been created to promote the show www.craftingpa.com/reccenter.html, or visit www.craftingpa.com and click on the “Feature Show” Link on the left hand side of the page.
•Flyers advertising the show will be hung at various high traffic locations in the area. If you would like to help hang flyers email home-sweet-home@hotmail.com in the beginning of October, for a copy of the show flyer.
•Each crafter is required to bring a table covering.
•All crafters are suggested to set up Friday, at 6:30 p.m. If you are unable to do so you will need to inform the show organizer to make other arrangements. If everyone is able to setup Friday the doors will not open for the crafters until 9 am Saturday.
•Kitchen will be open all day.
•All crafters must park in the field on the right side of the building to allow patrons room to park close to the building.
•Tables and electricity are limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis. If you reserve a space with electricity, you are required to provide your own extension cords.
•Craft show spaces will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
•All checks should be made out to Merissa Markley. All application fees and chinese auction profits will be combined and given to the Lehighton Recreation Center the day of the show.
•Chinese auction prizes will be rewarded at 3:30 p.m.
•Please keep your items within the parameters of your space. Encroaching upon another vendor's space is strictly prohibited.
•All crafters will receive an entry in the FREE VENDOR SPACE DRAWING when they have turned in their donation for the chinese auction. The drawing will take place immediately after the Chinese Auction. The winner is entitled to one free vendor space in the following year’s November Craft Show.
•If you have a special request, be specific, I will try to accommodate you to the best of my ability. I reserve the right to do whatever is necessary to improve the quality of the show.
•This show is to consist of handmade items only. (No Longaberger baskets, Avon, Tupperware, Home Interior, Pampered Chef, etc.…)
