If you are applying for a booth you need to print out this completed inventory list and return it to CraftingPA.com, PO Box 572, Jim Thorpe, PA 18229. If you are updating your currently existing booth click the "Submit Inventory Updates" box at the bottom of this page.You will receive notification, via email, once your booth/updates have been published to the internet. Please allow 1-3 weeks for publishing, from the date your entire inventory is received.
